The purpose of my art is to capture people in their boldest form, to make them pop larger than life, and create the “feeling” of them reliving their very best moment. I work to create an art that has every person’s essence shown clearly in a photo. They say pictures say a thousand words, and I intend for every one of mine to tell a story.

In my 11 years of photo experience, my inspiration comes from making the most out of my surroundings and finding imagination in the smallest of spaces. After growing up in a small Louisiana town with no school experience or formal training, most of my process is unorthodox — from lighting to capturing, and all the way through editing. I believe that is what makes my art so unique.

As of lately, my largest influence comes from the color aesthetics and clarity of the greats Wes Anderson, Devon Trunk, and Maris Jones, alongside capturing subjects in their most natural habitat. While most try to stay within a palette of similar colors, I find sometimes expanding my mind in the wackiest of color tones can be rewarding.
